If purchased online through our website, contact us here: email@example.com. If the product is completely intact and untouched, we do accept returns minus the cost of shipping (clear photos will be requested).
If the product is damaged upon receipt, customers must contact us within 24 hours of delivery confirmation. Please email firstname.lastname@example.org with the subject line: “DAMAGED” and your name and Order Number. Damages due to shipping will be reviewed and we will work towards a reasonable resolution :)
